A box of chocolates

I think Forrest Gump was right, life is like a box of chocolates but rather than saying it is because you don't know what you will get...I think it is more like you know exactly what you will get. All the good ones go first and unless you're the pushy one you get the dregs which is always the strawberry cream one.
So I think the analogy should be... life is like a box of chocolates....you always get the strawberry cream one if you don't step up and get in first. So step up or be satisfied with the what is left over....if not make that strawberry cream work for you baby!

A Second Beginning...

Well it is official. I have quit my job in a real Jerry Maguire moment! I currently have no source of income and I have to say I am the happiest I have been in a very long time. I feel like anything is possible and that something amazing my way will come. Unfortunately it means I can not buy as much pizza as I would like but I have learnt to make my own at only 80c a pizza...yep the life of the unemployed! So why did I quit my job with suddenly no source of income? Especially a job I enjoyed? Let's face it when work makes you who you are or crosses the line and defines your happiness it is time to give it up. Not to mention being accused of "stealing" a coffee...coffees that you have received for free for your whole employment...yep it is time to go! So what now? What ever I WANT!!! This is a very exciting time. Yep it is time to be brave...while eating 80c pizza!
